The True Story of Africville

The True Story of Africville

Africville was a small independent Black community in Nova Scotia, Canada established by free Afrikan people. It was bulldozed to the ground and destroyed by those who did not appreciate the idea of Afrikan people living together and doing for self.

Our children Must learn Our True Afrikan WorldStory so that they can understand that All Afrikans (Black people), both diasporan and continental, are connected to one another, All around the World. But, in order for Our children to Know this, We Must be prepared to do the Study, Introspection and Research that Is Necessary in order to Teach them Who We Are. It is a very humbling and sacred experience to Be able to Learn and Teach at the same time.
