Katiopa Watoto Shule Community Training Session

Katiopa Watoto Shule is an independently-operated homeschooling program i founded which is based in Montreal, Canada. I have made it my responsibility to learn as much as i possibly can on the foundation of Afrikan centered education. At this time, i am grounded within many self taught methods of Afrikan centered early childhood education.

I would love to be able to share what i have learned with Canada’s black community. I have also made contact with other Afrikan centered educators based in the United States who have a multitude of educational resources for our children which i am sure many of you would love to know about. There is much i have to share and i realeyes there is no reason for me to keep all of this to myself!

I will be hosting a community event at my home on my homeschooling program “Katiopa Watoto Shule” on April 7th, 2012 from 3pm to 5pm. This event will be a two-hour training session for Black parents, uncles, aunties, childcare workers & educators who truly love OUR children. Those of you who are ready to learn Afrikan centered teaching methods, who are ready to live this way of life and put it into practice in YOUR own homes and social circles should NOT miss this event.

There will be activities for the children as well. Please contact me at to confirm your attendance and to inform me of how long you will be staying for the training session. If you are bringing children please let me know their age and gender in advance so that i can arrange appropriate activities for them. Dinner and/or refreshments will be served. BE SURE to come with a pen and notebook to take down ALL the information you will need! Looking forward to seeing YOU there. YEbEhyia bio! (until we meet again)
